  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Add a User to the Project Access Control List

Use these steps to give users with a named licenses access to a project.

Note: You cannot add users with Submitter licenses to the Access Control List grid.

When a user is granted access to a project, they can see the selected project but they cannot automatically see the associated program. If you want them to have access to the associated program, you must add them to the Programs Access Control List grid (Hubs > Programs > <display program in Detail View> > Access Control tab.

To give a user with a named license access to a project:

  1. In the Navigation pane, in Hubs, click Projects.
  2. If you are in the List view, click Switch to Detail View in the top right corner of the view.
  3. Use the Project Search feature at the top of the view to search for and select the project to which you want to add the user.
  4. On the Access Control tab, under the Access Control List grid, click Add Row.
  5. In the drop-down list, select the name of a user.
    The list includes all users with a named license.
  6. Click out of the field to save the change.
    The user will be able to see and edit the selected project. If you do not want the user to be able to edit the data, make sure you select Read Only.
